We mediate not only the process of buying, selling and leasing, as we give logistical support to our customers during their investment process.

WHAT WE DO

1. We can manage your real estate in Portugal - buying, selling or renting it.

2. We support the translation of documents, we plan the necessary meetings during the process of buying / selling / renting property, as well as in the application to the ARI program (Residence Permit for Investment Activity).

3. We organize the trip of our customers, assisting in the hotel booking, transportation, interpreters, visits to public offices and contact with local law firms.

4. We have partnerships with construction companies (for the rehabilitation of buildings and new construction), interior decoration, moving companies, gardening and cleaning services and maintenance services.

5. We support in the contact with suppliers of water, electricity and gas, and providers of telecommunications and internet as well as local schools, hospitals, banks and other public / private organizations.
